The Services are provided by Impartium, LLC (“Shotdrop”), a Minnesota, USA commpany. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
You must follow any policies made available to you within our Services.
Do not misuse our Services by attempting to circumvent the interface provided. This includes attempts to modify front-end scripting or other interface elements. You may use our Services only as intended. You may use our Services only as permitted by law.
You may not use any automated scripts, software or services to add, edit, or delete your content or interact with Shotdrop in any way. Shotdrop is intended as a human experience and any use of automation will result in termination of your Shotdrop Profile and banning of use of our Services.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
Our Services display some content that is not Shotdrop’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or during an investigation into possible misuse
Only limited services are available to Guest users and to experience Shotdrop to its fullest, you may need a Shotdrop Profile in order to use some of our Services.
To protect your Shotdrop Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Shotdrop Profile. Do not reuse your Shotdrop password for other websites/services. If you believe that any unauthorized use of your password or Shotdrop Profile has taken place, contact us immediately via email at privacy@shotdrop.com.
Shotdrop’s privacy policies explain how we handle your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Shotdrop can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
We take copyright infringement seriously and we do respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement. We may terminate profiles of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Our Services revolve almost entirely around the idea of user-generated content. Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. Shotdrop does not assume any rights to your content other than how you have specified it to be used or usage covered in this Shotdrop Terms of Service.
When you upload and interact with any content using our Services, you give Shotdrop a worldwide license to use your public content (or modified versions), public interactions, and your likeness for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, or develop new services. This license you have granted Shotdrop terminates in the event you terminate your Shotdrop Profile. However, the onus is on you to notify Shotdrop of any known use you wish terminated and you agree to not hold Shotdrop liability for any continued use outside Shotdrop's control. You agree that any use of your content, interactions, or likeness by Shotdrop does not constitue work for hire, service, or products that will result in you being compensated.
Shotdrop systems may review your content and interactions to provide you an improved experience while using the site. This review of content and interactions may take place while you are actively using the site or may take place within our systems even when you are not online.
Political related images, posts and interactions that cause heated discussion are discouraged. Polite and respectful interactions are welcome.
Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
Bullying will not be tolerated.
Insulting other Shotdrop members will not be tolerated.
Adult rated content, such as profanity and nudity is permitted on Shotdrop; however, has very strict guidelines that must be followed. Agreeing to the Site Terms of Service is agreeing to the Adult Content Terms of Service.
Shotdrop reserves the right to remove any user or content from the Shotdrop site that it decides without cause or reason.
We are commtted to providing our Services using skilled caring professionals and technical resources. Our goal is to always provide the best possible experience for you; however, we are human beings and as such, are subject to the mistakes and oversights.

WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES “AS IS”.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOTDROP, AND SHOTDROP’S SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, TECHNICAL PARTNERS, AND VENDORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DIGITAL IMAGE ASSETS, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
SHOTDROP IS A CONTENT SHARING AND SOCIAL INTERACTION SERVICE ONLY. ALTHOUGH WE DO ALLOW YOU TO MAINTAIN LIBRARIES OF YOUR IMAGE ASSETS, WE DO NOT GUARANTY THEIR PERMANENT AVAILABILITY. YOU AS THE CONTENT OWNER ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUP COPIES OF YOUR IMAGES AND YOU AGREE TO NOT HOLD SHOTDROP LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY LOSS OF CONTENT.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SHOTDROP, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SHOTDROP DIRECTLY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN ALL CASES, SHOTDROP, AND ITS SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, TEHCNICAL PARTNERS, AND VENDORS; WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Shotdrop and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to Shotdrop Services. We will update our Terms of Service and the responsility is on you to review them periodically. In the event you no longer agree to the current Terms, you should discontinued use of Shotdrop services..
These terms control the relationship between Shotdrop and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have.
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The laws of Minnesota, U.S.A. will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Stearns County, Minnesota, USA, and you and Shotdrop consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
